At CardCatalyst, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Single Cards (Singles)

We accept returns on individual trading card singles within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the card must be in the same condition as when it was received — unaltered, unsleeved, damage-free, and as described in the original listing. Cards that have been graded, altered, damaged after receipt, or are not in the condition described at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cardcatalyst.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Sealed Products

Returns on sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, elite trainer boxes, bundles, and other factory-sealed items) are accepted only if the product remains completely unopened and in its original, undamaged factory seal. Once a sealed product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances. This policy exists because the contents of opened sealed products cannot be verified or restocked.

To request a return on an unopened sealed product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item showing the intact seal. Return shipping costs for sealed product returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage or discrepancy, as these may be required to process your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: opened sealed products of any kind, digital products or codes, items returned after 30 days of delivery, items not in their original received condition, and items reported as damaged or incorrect after 7 days of delivery.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that the information you submit is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processing issues or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ship orders promptly; however, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier, though we will work with you to resolve such situations where possible. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CardCatalyst or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission. Trading card images and names belong to their respective publishers and manufacturers.

6. Limitation of Liability

CardCatalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
