• Bulk ($0.36 – $0.50): $20.00 per 1,000 cash / $26.00 per 1,000 trade

• $0.51 – $1.00: 40% cash / 50% trade

• $1.00 – $20.00: 60% cash / 72% trade

• $20.00 – $100.00: 65% cash / 81% trade

• $100.00+: 70% cash / 84% trade
